Dear friends,
Ladies and gentlemen

It's a great pleasure for me to address to you in this opening meeting of F&ASC of EASSy which is the 5th in our planning.
This 5th F&ASC Meeting that I will have the duty to Chair it, as the chairman Mr SAMSON MATIBINI is in Canada this moment, is taking place here in Maputo while if it was previously supposed to be held in Dubai last week. Circumstances have made so that we gather in this peaceful town of Maputo.

It's indeed a privilege for Comores Telecom to assume this task according to our regulation in a particular time and in a fresh and exciting moment when National football team of Mozambique has just been qualificated in the World Soccer 2010.
This is providing our environment a dynamic impetus towards the performance of our ongoing agenda with the assistance of TDM staff.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

In fact we have done a lot but still a lot is remaining to finalize in a perfectly way. Many items not yet covered during last 4th F&ASC meeting held in Livingstone ZAMBIA, have hopefully got positive impact through e-mail circulation one of our best information flow.
We have to pursue smoothly our discussion from now with the remaining items and matters arising in order to report at the next 13th MC meeting which will be held in a couple of days here in this Capital of Mozambique Maputo.
Despite the shortest time allocated we have to do all we can to be on tune with the draft agenda.
Let us have good understanding and fruitful debate with success out come in this 5th F&ASC meeting in Maputo.

We hope to spend peaceful and enjoyable stay in Mozambique with good memories of its Capital city Maputo in a fresh weather conditions.
